After the war, Mr. Pasquale Battista set up a small preserved food laboratory in Cetara which he proudly and passionately managed up to the nineties. In the course of time, our product's flavour hasn't changed, just as the manufacturing process phases and the careful raw material selection hasn't either. All these phases are carried out with scrupulous care so that compliance with the present laws and production standards is assured.
