We are a restaurant, located in Koper. Our culinary and catering story began with ice cream, so we still pay extra attention to it today. We have over 35 different flavors, some very special, such as lavender, olive oil with lemon, raspberry, rosemary, khaki. Ice cream is made from fresh milk, cream and cocoa butter. We use hazelnuts, chocolate and fresh fruit for taste. We also have ice creams that are made exclusively from fruit, are gluten free and 100% vegan. Our showcases are always full of desserts. We make fresh cakes and mono-portion cakes daily. We also take care of vegans, those on the LCHF diet, metabolites and others who have some dietary specialties. Desserts are made from real chocolate, eggs, butter, nuts, flour, cottage cheese, frut and so forth. In this way, we express respect for natural fresh and local ingredients. Our confectioner Ana likes to create different, sometimes very daring desserts, where she uses atypical ingredients such as lavender, cactus, black vanilla, olive oil and rosemary.
