Grape variety: Refošk (Refosco). Vinification: 25 days maceration. Fermentation: inox (stainless still), indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation with indigenous bacteria. Maturation: 6years in French oak barrels. Unfiltered. Ageing potential: 2019–2029 
 Characteristics: The color is deep ruby. The bouquet indicates a fully ripened wine and is reminiscent of undergrowth, earth, vanilla, caramel. Dry, strong wine, tannins are completely softened, acids are still abundant. The wine is very fruity, vanilla predominates in the aftertaste, it should be drunk slowly. Food pairings: Good with steak, matured cheeses or by itself. To serve at 16 - 18 °C.
