In 1997 with Vitro Laser GmbH, Rémy Renaud, company founder and spiritus rector, laid the foundations for the success story of his subsurface laser engraving that has lasted to today. The systems of Vitro Laser GmbH, which started in 1998 and were launched from Minden in Westphalia, Germany, in the following years, have made a name for themselves on the global markets. The LOOXIS licensing concept was created in 2005 as a new, independent company.
