Somani is a Portuguese textile manufacturer founded in 1986. WE ARE A company organized vertically therefore controlling all the phases of the production chain. From the fabric production (woven, knitted, fleece, and towelling) to the workmanship, embroidery, quilting, printing, we provide a fully factored garment service to our customers. Somani produces for 3 business segments Toweling and home products , clothing – Women, Kids and baby and nursery products ( accessories , decoration, bed, bath and baby garments ) In Baby wear and Nursery products we offer a unique service. In this segment we work 360º producing from accessories, soft toys, decoration to clothing, a wide range of products with the possibility to coordinate different fabrics, techniques and products under the same story/concept. Somani has an internal design team constantly working in new materials, fabrics, shapes and products, helping customers to build integrated and coordinated collections. Sustainability is ingrained in all our activities, processes, and strategies. We reject any social or greenwashing practices and prioritize delivering economic value along with our commitment to People, Planet, Community Support, Innovation, and Governance. Somani researches and uses sustainable raw materials, including recycled and organic yarns, with certifications such as GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, FSC, and Oeko-tex Standard 100. We reduce our production impact to promote biodiversity.
