As a leading manufacturer of permanent magnetic components, we have offered all our products and services from a single source since 1963. From the development, design and manufacturer of our own tools and products, the production of individual stamped and drawn parts, as well as plastic injection moulding parts, through to the installation of the magnet systems, everything is located at one site in Hardt. With a modern machine fleet, innovative product concepts and a high level of expertise in consultancy, we manufacturer several million magnet systems "Made in Germany" every year. An extensive inventory of standard products enables rapid and flexible order processing. This means that it is possible to supply everything from small individual parts to large series parts. The application areas for the permanent magnetic components range from the automotive industry, the lighting and medical equipment industry and the building sector to decorative applications and name badges.

BIEGLO is a distribution company for high-performance plastics based in Hamburg, Germany. We are the exclusive distributor of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) CoPEEK from Panjin Zhongrun and sell polyimide (PI) Meldin® from Saint Gobain and (TPI) AURUM® from Mitsui Chemicals. Our range also includes polybenzimidazole (PBI), polyamide-imide (PAI) and polyetherimide (PEI). We also recycle. We buy back clean, sorted PEEK scrap. International operations are important to BIEGLO. We have many foreign customers, and can now draw on an international network of suppliers to deliver our popular products. BIEGLO also operates a number of online shops: PEEK-shop.de, PI-shop.de, PAI-shop.de, PBI-shop.de and PEI-shop.de. Our CoPEEK comes from Panjin Zhongrun in China. We offer it as either granulate or powder in different viscosities. Our range also includes semi-finished products in PEEK, including plates, tubes, rods, filaments and films. Meldin® PI is supplied by Saint Gobain and manufactured in the USA. We supply Meldin® semi-finished products in the form of plates and rods, as well as direct formed parts. AURUM® thermoplastic polyimide from Mitsui Chemicals in Japan is the thermoplastic with the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) of 245 °C. We offer PBI and PBI PEEK compounds made from Celazole®. Products in the Celazole® T Series are PBI compounds developed for injection moulding and extrusion.

Since being established in 2014, we have acquired a wealth of experience in injection moulding and extrusion and have developed our own products such as home-compostable coffee pods and plant pots which are biodegradable in soil. We are a leading compounder of biocomposites containing sunflower seed shells. Our key products provide innovative solutions for injection moulding and extrusion.
