With modern and powerful CNC lathes, we produce turning elements in a short time and with great precision. With the fine turning process, we can replace expensive grinding and still achieve the precision our customer demands. On classic lathes, items can be turned between the tips or the chuck up to a diameter of 1200mm and a length of 2000mm.

On CNC machining centres, we produce elements made of iron, stainless steel, grey cast iron and aluminium. Non-ferrous metals and plastics can also be processed. The controllers on the machining centres also allow us 3D processing. We process both serial pieces as well as individual parts and prototypes in the highest tolerances with our machine park. Our qualified experts can provide you even with the most demanding construction elements.

With advanced computer control, we effectively control the heating and cooling of the furnace. We use natural gas as heating energy. The furnace can reach a temperature of 1000°C. Annealing or normalisation can be performed three times a week.

To control the quality of processed elements, we use a modern 3D measuring machine, made by the renowned European manufacturer Zeiss. We also offer 3D modelling services to our customers. For less demanding processed elements, we can make the 3D model ourselves.
