The wine is a gentle golden yellow color, the bubbles are slightly larger and rarer. The bouquet is ripe and reminiscent of hay, dry spices, a bit of bread crust. In the mouth, the wine is dry, of higher acidity, the bubbles are slightly more aggressive, and the foaming is copious. The taste is solid, and the aftertaste runs out of wine fairly quickly.
