Inoxyda uses digital simulation for the design of sand molds. A regular investment policy provides the means of production to ensure the quality of aluminium-bronze sand castings. The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

We have the capacity to handle a wide range of diameters, from 80 to 5000 mm and up to 20 tonnes, working with alloys created in-house. Our catalogue includes copper alloys, stainless steels, special steels and aluminiums. We manufacture and machine round items (rings, sleeves, tubes and cylinders) using centrifugal (spun) casting processes. We deliver parts as blanks or machined.

We also do business with used machine tools of all types and from all manufacturers, both national and international.
