We are a restaurant, located in Koper. Our culinary and catering story began with ice cream, so we still pay extra attention to it today. We have over 35 different flavors, some very special, such as lavender, olive oil with lemon, raspberry, rosemary, khaki. Ice cream is made from fresh milk, cream and cocoa butter. We use hazelnuts, chocolate and fresh fruit for taste. We also have ice creams that are made exclusively from fruit, are gluten free and 100% vegan. Our showcases are always full of desserts. We make fresh cakes and mono-portion cakes daily. We also take care of vegans, those on the LCHF diet, metabolites and others who have some dietary specialties. Desserts are made from real chocolate, eggs, butter, nuts, flour, cottage cheese, frut and so forth. In this way, we express respect for natural fresh and local ingredients. Our confectioner Ana likes to create different, sometimes very daring desserts, where she uses atypical ingredients such as lavender, cactus, black vanilla, olive oil and rosemary.

Rokmar manufactures its products using the most state-of-the-art machinery being available in the market which is why their products are widely considered to be of the best quality. The firm offers a wide array of finished and semi-processed ingredients which are then used by their clients as inputs in the production of other goods including final goods. Their products include: ingredients for ice cream production (including bases for dairy ice creams, fruit ice creams, chemical additives and bases for soft serves, aromas for fruit and dairy products and decorative toppings, which are characterised by a high content of fruit and eye-catching colours), ingredients for manufacturing of pastries (including bases for pastry production, aromas for dairy and fruit flavours, decorative toppings, soft serves and frozen yogurts), ingredients for restaurants (including four different types of hot chocolate: dairy hot chocolate, aroma hot chocolate, fruit-sweetened hot chocolate and white hot chocolate) and other products such as cocoa and pastry cream.

Odkar smo v podjetju Valmar izdelali svoj prvi sladoledni stroj, so sladoledi pripravljeni z našimi stroji razveselili že nič koliko sladkosnedov. Z rastjo povpraševanja in s prodorom na tuje trge smo domačo delavnico v Solkanu zamenjali za sodobnejše prostore v industrijski coni v Novi Gorici. Poznani smo po energijsko učinkovitih, kakovostno izdelanih in uporabniku prijaznih sladolednih strojih, osebnem pristopu in podpori strankam. Izobraževalne delavnice, ki jih pripravljajo naši izkušeni sladoledni mojstri, uporabnikom omogočijo dostop do vseh skrivnosti priprave sladoleda. Sladoledni stroji Valtek so svoj dom našli v mnogih sladoledarnah po Evropi in Sredozemlju, od Slovenije, Hrvaške, Italije, Avstrije, Nemčije, Češke, Slovaške, Madžarska in Bosne in Hercegovine, pa vse do Izraela.
